TBL lines (T-Master)
For big beams we suggest T. welding equipment.
This is a very flexible machine, is recommended for T. L. I, cambered and conical Beams.
The big advantage is that the flange is straightening during the welding process.
We have several Line dimensions, the common one is for Beams 2000 /2500 (web ) 800 / 1000 (flange ) but we can arrive:
- up to 4.500mm of Web and 1500 mm Flange with more than 2.5 Ton /m
The length of the Beams depend of the number of component we put on infeed and outfeed line. Normally is from 4/6 meter the minimum and 12 / 18 m. the max. Beams but we could arrive at 35m or more.
The big advantage of this line is the flexibility, not a lot of space required, no Flanges straightening required, few workers required.
