He assembly jig includes a series of clamping units each one having a fixed stop at one side and a movable clamp at the other side, operated by a hydraulic cylinder.
The position of the movable clamp is manually adjustable according to the web height.
The head of the movable clamp has facility for pivoting so that it adapts itself to the shape of the beam.
Clamping force adjustable between 150 and 1500 kg according to the thickness of material and the taper angle.
The web is sustained by a series of supports, while the flanges are supported by a series of traverses places between the web supports.
These supports are interchangeable according to the dimensions of the beam to be assembled.
