This equipment, is designed only for welding Beams and is not possible change and turn the welding Heads.
The rotation of the Boom is motorized, one assembly hydraulic Jig is required ( very often the customers is buying )
Drawing, commercial parts and make it by them self.
No tack weld before welding
On the opposite side of the Jig a simple support for the Beams is required (the Beam is already welded on one side)
This equipment is easy and economic, is to be suggested if the Beams are welded only in one side.
The max. Beam could be: 2500mm Web, 800mm Flange, the length depend of the Jig.
After welding both side, straightening of the flange is required when the thickness of the Flanges is less than 15mm.
