BS2200
The proposed machine is suitable to straighten the flanges up to 40 mm.
The machine is mainly composed by a base frame where two columns supporting the straightening device are mounted.
One column is fixed, while the other one is adjustable on the base frame according to the web height.
Straightening is carried out by two bending rollers that press the flanges to recover the deformation produced during the previous welding process.
